+end_combat

Votes to end combat.

Usage:
+end_combat

Votes to have the combat come to an end. If every other combatant
agrees, combat will end. If other players don't vote to end combat,
the only other choice is to continue to begin the combat round,
or mark non-participating characters as afk.
