Manages lines of people waiting their turn in events

Usage:
+line
+line/createline[/loop] <line host 1>,<line host 2>,<etc>
+line/loop
+line/nextinline
+line/getinline
+line/dropout
+line/dismiss

Allows you to recognize people who are standing in a line for their turn
to speak. To create a line, use +line/createline with the names of fellow
hosts who may also control it. +line/loop toggles the line to repeat.
Call the next person with +line/nextinline. To join a line that's been
created, use +line/getinline. If you want to give up your turn, use
+line/dropout. If you are done recognizing people, use +line/dismiss.
