by you or one of your proteges, to generate resources.

The stat/skill used for the roll is based on the resource type.
Economic: intellect + economics
Military: command + war
Social: charm + diplomacy

Social clout of you and your protege lowers the difficulty and
increases results, and the roller is whoever has higher skill.
Workers who possess knacks are considered with priority.
