If Bringers make it into the city, Holden has not yet received orders from House Valardin so he is going to secure/defend his brother, Aleksei. Hes lost a lot of family to such tragedy and does not intend to lose more.
You don't need to respond to this if the Bringers don't make it into the city or they don't attack the Hall of Heroes!
