In building a caravel, Martino needs to find the best shipbuilders and crafts people in Southport as well as the Lyceum. With a good number of shipbuilders being located in Southport at the moment working on the Lyceum's fleet of caravels - Martino will be making the pitch to them using his public speaking abilities to work on his own ship. He will be paying them to do so, using Goldhawk Naval Base in Southport to also offer a discount to the work. (OOC: I believe this is 10% as per the Lyceum one?) He will be speaking to those in the taverns afterwards, to hear stories about their journeys to inspire both he and Kaia's first voyage.
The ship itself will be called Heart of Wander with the first trip made soon after and planned to visit the most inspiring story heard in Southport's tavern.
Result
The shipyard at Goldhawk Naval Base is at it again, and yet another caravel, this one bearing the name 'Heart of Wander' sails out, not into the docks of any House, but rather as the personal ship of Lord Martino and Lady Kaia Malvici. Reputed to have been purchased for their own use, it is a rather impressive investment and a bold choice to keep for themselves a ship that could bring in profit for their House. Still, Malvici as a House seems pleased with Martino and Kaia and support the grand purchase by one of their own.
