Merek will be using 30 Econ, 30 Social, and 20 Military resources to donate to the Solace/Mercy in the name of the Faith. He has read and remembered that their services tend to be free as healers, and that their upkeep is well needed. He hopes this will relieve them of some of their problems since the war, even if it is not by an excessive amount.
