Deepwood-Crovane Trade
Posted by Puffin on 08/23/18
A caravan leaves Old Oak and heads north. Laden with goods from the crafters across the city and stone from Deepwood's mines, it heads toward Stormwall. Protected by the ranged scouts and soldiers of Deepwood proper, it brings fortifications and building supplies to Stormwall as promised in a contract drawn up by Lady Amari Keaton between both Deepwood and Crovane.
Beyond stone to build additional military fortifications for Crovane, the caravan includes relief supplies for the poor who may still be having problems recovering from the actions that burned the city. Organized by Master Oliver of the Crafters' Guild, supplied by Mistress Petal, Mistress Aurora, Mistress Josephine, Master Venturo, and many other crafters as well as Deepwood itself, it is a richly laden caravan that establishes a trade route and enhances the great market at Stormwall now.
Marquis Rymarr himself oversees the arrangements for security and Lord Kaldur assigns the Seliki Engineering Corps to assist, and so the supplies make their way to Stormwall markets successfully and without issue. There has been purported tension between the two families of late, but if this caravan is any indication, perhaps those tensions are easing.
