Alrec, Admiral of Setarco, has spent weeks working against several groups of shav who have been preying on Compact resources. WIth Letters of Marque in hand, his bravery - as extolled in the reports sent back to Lenosia - knows no bounds. Over the course of months those under his command attack those pirates and so-called privateers who are threatening Lenosia, and he comes back quite successful. His prize is substantial and the tax he pays goes directly into Lenosian coffers. Everyone's a winner.
