Stone Grove

For over a year now the Stone Grove has been blighted. What was once a green, welcoming place year-round has become withered. Despite the best efforts of many well-meaning people, it has not yet recovered.
Or has it?
Mirk, Khanne, Drea, Danvir, Kaldur, Jyri, Acantha, Vano, Leonaess, Mikani, Sina, Brigida, Aiden, Sophie, Vincenzo, Petal, Darren, Cillian, and Fianna - among others - join a rite that incorporates shamanic rituals, prayers to Petrichor and Lagoma, and mundane gardening. All day they work, and onlookers see a great deal of activity and view it all hopefully. Will this work?
Apparently so, because at the end of the day the Grove seems to be restored - the things planted there are green and growing. Whatever was blighted has been cleared out, and those who leave the Grove wear expressions of delight and awe. And in the center of the Grove now there is a small, special sapling that everyone seems to be talking about. Most importantly? The Stone Grove is green and healthy once more.
