Tor and Southport relations

The city-states of Tor and Southport, and their houses Fidante and Malvici, have been enemies for decades. The Tor-Southport war was one of the most destructive wars in living memory in the Lyceum, and privately many in the Lyceum were relieved that Duchess Belladonna Pravus' conquest of Nilanza and destruction of House Argento was so thorough and effective to avoid a similar bloodbath. Duchess Calista Fidante has capitalized upon her marriage to Inigo Malvici to put much of that bad blood between the two ducal houses behind them, and there's a significant thawing in the relationship between the two city-states that many hope lasts.
