Sailing the Red Serpent

Prince Victus Thrax, Prince of Maelstrom and Highlord of the Mourning Isles, took personal command of his vessel the Red Serpent and sailed in Kennex waters. It's not been so many years when the sight of the highlord of the Mourning Isles was an ill omen that no lord ever wished to see in their waters, and truthfully, there's a quelling effect just by the arrival of Victus. It's probable that his arrival may have been one of the reasons mutiny never seriously spread beyond the initial infractions, and order was maintained.
