King Alaric Grayson IV, assisted by his Minister of Infrastructure Princess Jaenelle Velenosa, opens the coffers of the Crown to address the crisis. While the Faith's massive investment largely focused on the former thralls, and House Grayson on the general economic damage, it is the Crown that largely focuses on the commoners of Kennex and beyond that saw their fortunes destroyed. Three million silver from the Crown goes to offsetting the damage that the mass-forgiven thrall debts did, and also for settling families into Arx in many homes left vacant since the time of the siege. New neighborhoods are growing up in the Boroughs, and a significant amount of them are from the Isles, both ex-thrall and non-thrall citizens alike. The amount of money thrown at Kennex years and years worth of its gross domestic product. It's an overwhelming response. Between the different houses, most of the economic damage has been repaired, even if the loss in population is currently mostly being offset by the massive numbers of free citizens traveling to Stormward to capitalize on the new industry boom. Whether it sustains or is a fragile edifice is an open question.
