Org and fealty

Orgs can be grouped by fealty. For example, no matter how many grayson orgs someone is a member of, it counts as a single org. Same for any house or commoner family, they are all tied to a fealty and will not count against someone being in multiple things.
The trick is whether smaller orgs have some relevance that ties them to a large group and justifies a group classification, and whether it make sense to grant an exemption that would not dillute their theme by having essentially free membership. For example, being in the faith and a discipleship only counts as one, but being in multiple discipleships still counts against someone, since it doesn't make sense someone is able to do that without spending the time working on their behalf.
Similarly, the Crown has law organizations such as the inquisition, the court, or the iron guard that someone could be in any one of those and the crown with no penalty, but not in multiples, and then also crownsworn families.
Crime organizations are also tied together, and don't count against someone for being in a crime family, the shadow court, the thieves guild or the assassin's guild of Arx.
