Some investigation tweaks

I added in a bonus for people doing their first few investigations where they'll both be easier and go faster. If you're doing an investigation and it prompts you to have a clue written, you can put in a request if you like about the topic to have me do a sweep for untagged clues: most of the clues aren't tagged yet, and while I've been going in order from newer to older clues, this means most topics won't have matches that really should. Similarly, if you have a clue that doesn't have any tags, feel free to make a request for suggestions.
