PRPs

So we've had some thematic drift on PRPs and I want to pull that back a bit. We'll post some formal PRP rules and structure, but for the time being, just a few basic ground rules:
1. The PRP runner's own character cannot be an active participant. They could be referenced offscreen, but they can't be there for the actual scene.
2. No magical or supernatural elements unless staff is present and/or signing off on every specific instance of it. Would rather it be avoided at all until next season.
3. Potential rewards should be cleared with staff.
4.For RFRs, we really need a very brief summary of what happened specifically so we can determine what other PCs not involved in the PRP can find out if they follow up on it.
