Magic and GMing

I'll be introducing GMing guidelines for PRPs soon, but I do want to talk about magic a bit in how it fits in thematically right now. Any form of safe, reliable, reproduceable magic will simply not be available before Season 3 at the earliest. There's not really any situation where Player Characters should feel they have anything that is supernatural or magical that they can count on consistently, and there's been some thematic drift there. I'll be outlaying guidelines for this soon, but I want to mention spellsinging here specifically- this is not something anyone can do consistently, they aren't mages. This is much along the lines of someone godtouched that gets visions sometimes, it happens, but they don't really control it yet at all. The guidelines will reflect that as anything trying to trigger a response that wouldn't be mundane is going to be a daunting check, with the most common outcome being nothing happening, and almost always past that it will be very random, and possibly dangerous.
