Be Cool to IC Leaders

There's going to to be a lot of war and destruction coming over the next couple of months! This will be at the hands of your staff GMs or player STs! Sometimes your IC leaders won't be given any warning at all that any of this is going to happen, so they'll be just as surprised as you and doing the best that they can. So in short, be cool to those people. Being in a leadership roll can be exciting but it can also be stressful! <3
