We have had a catastrophic database failure requiring that we reload from a backup. The good news is that the last backup was only about three weeks ago! The bad news is that we've pretty much lost everything from February 4th to today. This means that journals, app approvals, crafted objects, work rolls, investigations... all lost. We are going to work on restoring what we can, but that will be a process. There are probably going to be things that we cannot restore, like work rolls, income, investigation progress, probably crafted objects, etc. For other things, staff has started a list and will be trying to get those things back up. If you come across something missing, you can put in a request and we can make an attempt to restore it, but there are no guarantees.
Our initial focus will be restoring game critical things like apps, emits, channels, and so on, but it will take some time, so we really appreciate your patience as we work to move forward.
