PRPs Opening - September 1st

This is just a short note to let you know that staff will be opening the opportunity for players to GM PRPs once more starting on September 1st. This gives you time to become comfortable with the new guidelines, as well as me time to look over whatever we presently have in the queue for personal plots and either approve/deny them based on the new guidelines. New submissions will not be reviewed until September 1st.
