Battle preparation

Will post the mechanics behind it tomorrow, but for battle plans, preparations, diplomatic efforts, since almost all of this will be resolved onscreen, can just drop a +request of intent. What I most specifically want to know right now is the plans of groups of players, if there are any, and if anyone is acting as lead for a group. This isn't necessary, as I'm going to be putting up events and guaging interest, but I don't want to get in the way of PC planning by doing anything without finding out what they intend first.
