Just one clarification. The largest stand in any region, if successful, will also allow refugees from other domains in the same region to make it to Arx. It has an umbrella effect. So if say, Lenosia is defended successfully, it's assumed that Lycene refugees make it from Caith or any other Lycene holding as well. Similarly even if the the highlord of the Mourning Isles or Crownlands rallies everyone and makes a stand at one specific domain, a successful defense does pause the horde enough where refugees in general from that region make it.
