Offscreen requests and mil resources

For anyone that knows they really can't defend their domains, but wants to make sure their domains bleed the enemy, I do want to emphasize that the guerilla type actions of say trapping a domain or the like will have a mechanical impact and be noted in emits, they just won't have GM'd scenes associated with them. It's fine to do this in a +request and then still participate in the larger massed battles bringing forces. No @action is required for this, just org leaders/domain holders can note it in +requests, and I'll include it as I can in writeups of resolutions that shape how the regional fights all go against the Reckoning.
Also since resources matter, and people feel kinda cheated out of having tons of econ and social, I'm fine with trading those into military at a 2:1 loss exchange rate, just please have mercy and don't make me do this more than one per org.
