House Laurent and Refugees in the Oathlands

The building of the Great Road has led to a great deal of upheaval across the Compact, the Oathlands are not immune to this. As long term struggles come to a boil, let it be known that Artshall is prepared to accept refugees of violence, granted they have bent the knee to the Compact or are prepared to. You will have our protection and our support.
