Lord Mihaly Riven has served our House with unwavering loyalty for many long years, proving time and again his commitment to our family and our people, acting as a steadying hand in both times of great prosperity and great crisis, and never once shying away from any task or requirement set before him. He is a man of devotion and of duty, and while I am not so well travelled as to claim that he is without peer in all the realm, I can say with certainty that I would be hard pressed to name a man I consider better.
It is therefore with both immense gratitude and no small amount of pride that I announce he will henceforth bear the twin scimitars known as the Twain, and in so doing, entrust to him the honor of House Riven and all who carry that name.
