Admiral of Pearlspire

The tide of time brings change to all of Arvum. Stalwarts like Lady Peri, Commander of Grayson's vassal fleets against the Gyre and Heir to Pearlspire, rise to greet it. I write to acknowledge and commend my dear sister and future liege on the coordination and completion of a great fortress and port in Pearlspire. The coast of the mainland north of Arx has a new guardian, shipyards there prepare to build deep water hulls, and House Seliki with her allies stand ready to defend the Compact.
To that end, House Seliki names Lady Peri to the post of Admiral. She is an embodiment of our words: "Climb High, Dive Deep."
