On this day, House Leary is pleased to install Lady Arcadia Leary as Minister Of Warfare. In an army of mostly scouts, Arcadia has time and again shown herself to be one of the very best to be had anywhere her skills and understanding of the terrain makes her uniquely qualified for this position like none other. We know she will do House Leary proud in her new position
