The Cloudspine

Firstly, I would like to thank my brother for his years of service as our -- my -- Marquis and I can only hope that I can stand as tall as he. My first act as Marquessa of the Cloudspine will be to name Lord Gaston as our Minister of War. He has always been a powerful soldier and I know he will see that we are ever strong in the face of the struggles we see within the Red Mountains with each passing year.
Secondly, I name him to act as my Voice, so that he may guide me as I transition into my new role.
Thirdly, as I was his, so he shall be my successor should anything happen to me until such a time as I bear an heir.
