Kennex-Darkwater betrothal

With the greatest of pleasure I would like to announce the betrothal of Countess Carita Darkwater to Lord Evander Kennex.
After a reasonable courting period and the approval of the faith, Lord Evander Kennex will marry into House Darkwater and become the new Count-Consort of Darkwater Reach.
To celebrate, House Kennex will be providing drinks at the Ebb and Flow to help toast the upcoming marriage.
