The Whirlpool in the harbor has made it more difficult to return, and more difficult to send the proper messengers from Astarrea. But rejoice! House Melaeris celebrates an heir, born some months ago. In honor of Lord Breas' birth the drinks purchased for the next day at any tavern in the Lower Buroughs or Thrax Ward shall be on my tab. I only ask you raise a toast to Melaeris and our beautiful Lord Breas.
