In light of deteriorating conditions in the Saffron Chain and recognizing the threat to regional commerce and stability posed by the Skal'daja, House Blackshore extends an open invitation to its Islander and Mainlander allies to assist in the deployment of their armies by sea should they lack the logistical means of accomplishing said objective. Transportation shall be without expectation of payment or formal diplomatic reciprocation. Our ships, sailors, and marines stand ready to ensure safe passage of forces and supplies to and from the frontlines at a moment's notice. Interested parties or those seeking further clarification need only dispatch a messenger to myself or Admiral Scylla.
