Velenosa-Inverno Betrothal

I am pleased to announce the betrothal between Marquessa Tyche Inverno and Prince Leonel Velenosa. After a courtship period of the couple's choosing so they may build a strong foundation to move forward with the union, Prince Leonel will join House Inverno and be known as Marquis-Consort Leonel Inverno.
