Kennex Ministry Appointment

As of the 21st of June, 1015 AR, Lady Cecilia Kennex has been appointed to the position of Minister of Public Relations for House Kennex. Within the appointment, the authority is granted to Lady Cecilia to represent House Kennex within social coalitions and diplomatic consortiums. Inquiries of social petitions shall be henceforth directed to Lady Cecilia upon this appointment.
