It is my pleasure to announce, on behalf of Duchess Dafne Zaffria of Gemecitta, the betrothal of Lady Nebulosa Zaffria, Sword of Gemecitta, to Lord Volya Malespero in a union blessed by the Faith of the Pantheon. We joyously celebrate this alliance between houses wherein Lord Volya will join the Zaffria family, and we look forward to their coming nuptials after an appropriate courting period.
