The Faith is pleased to announce the promotion of a focused and dedicated scholar to the role of Voice of Vellichor. Oswyn Spencer has proven dedicated to the Faith, and to the distribution and protection of knowledge, and I am confident as I elevate him to the post of Archscholar that the Scholars will benefit from his judgment and direction.
