Darkwater's Decree

The parting words of Lord Admiral Anders Nightcove to Lord Reve Darkwater and I were,
"House Darkwater should think hard about its future and its allegiances."
And not a week later, ships bearing the sails of House Nightcove toppled and burned one of our Lighthouses.
How very disappointing, but sadly not surprising. That is not the action of one who wishes to influence diplomacy, but rather attempts to threaten people into submission. So we have duly considered our future and our allegiances, and we heed the call of our liege to ready for war against those who have already attacked us.
