Dark times, especially when grave losses weigh so heavily on our minds and hearts, often make us pause - and rightfully so. The Compact must endure, our duties need continue, and perhaps even moments that remind us of what we are fighting for. With all of this in mind, I respectively announce a courtship between Prince Nazmir Redrain and Marquessa Cassiopeia Proscipi.
Upon successful completion of their courtship period, with the approval of House Redrain, House Proscipi, and the Faith of the Pantheon, Prince Nazmir Redrain will join House Proscipi and thenceforth be known as Marquis-Consort Nazmir Proscipi. May the bond this creates strengthen both of our Houses and our abilities to better face the enemies threatening the whole of the Compact.
