A Torn Proclamation Poster Drifting on the Wind

**A copy of a torn proclamation poster arrives somehow from Aviaron's Peak**
Dear Vassals of Aviaron's Peak and Guests:
Alas, given recent news, I am sad to say that I must /cancel/ the beautiful masquerade I had planned for you all. Instead, we will be conducting a carefully controlled evacuation of Aviaron's Peak. I ask that everyone in the city of Aviaron's Peak and in the March move quickly, but in an orderly and calm fashion, to the city of Arx. Any who have come to Aviaron's Peak for the Masquerade are encouraged to assist with helping to conduct the evacuations. The mountain has been deemed to be unsafe given it's recent change in shape, and an army approaches from the Everwinter, moving south. We must find a new home. Take only what you can carry on your backs, and go.
All able-bodied men and women are asked to take up arms and defend the evacuees, and slow the approaching army as much as possible. I ask that anyone with a river barge or ship used to conduct trade in the Grand Bazaar of Aviaron's Peak empty all cargo, and board passengers instead.
We have a small amount of time. There is no cause for alarm. This is fine. We are Northlanders, and we know what we are about.
