It is the will of the Crown that a new Minister be appointed to serve the needs of the Compact.
To the Office of Civil Development, Marquessa Ivy Deepwood.
She joins the Minister of Loyalty, Duke Leo Fidante; the Minister of the Treasury, Lord Rook Grayward; the Minister of Infrastructure, Princess Jaenelle Velenosa; the Minister of Defence, Marquis Vincere Igniseri; Minister of Agriculture, Lady Niamh Greenmarch
In addition under the guardianship of the Regent Council, it is the will of the Crown to dissolve the Low Council and to create the Common Council for the express purpose of relating those concerns of the People to the Crown so that it might serve them better.
