I hearby declare that I, Victus Thrax, am the new High Lord of the Isles, Prince of Maelstorm and all the rest.
By ancient right I challenged and defeated Prince Dagon Thrax. I spared his life, because he is my blood and the blood of Thrax, and he has swore himself to me. Let there be no division, and I call upon all vassals of Thrax to do likewise.
Princesse Donella Thrax remains my Voice and the Voice of Thrax.
