Glory In The Snow

Men and Women of Arx,
While winter snows still have their grip on us, they are slowly but surely giving way to Spring. Despire our current circumstances, we must look to Spring as inspiration, for it in it we find hope, rejuvenation, and the promise of new life. So too must we look to our future as a people and as a city with hope.
You may begin to notice that despite the snow, the earliest of Spring flowers have struggled hard to fight their way to the surface and won. These beautiful, indomitable flowers are called Glory-In-The-Snow. As these Glories promise the coming of Spring, so too should the denizens of Arx look to the future with hope, determination, and indomitability.
As such, I call upon all the men and women of Arx to take the time to pluck or purchase a Glory-In-The-Snow, and don it as a symbol of the continued perseverence of Arx in the face of adversity. Use it as a reminder to yourself, and others, that we will hold fast, and we will be strong. Like the Glory-In-The-Snow, we will struggle through the chill and weight of that which presses against us and means to keep us from the light, and we will succeed, welcoming warmth, life, and color once more to our fair city.
