A few decrees

First, the different institutions of the Crown must be preserved and respected. As of now, the Crown recognizes the different leads of major crown institutions, and all are considered Crown Ministers as a result of their positions: Radiant Selene, of the Whisper House. Prince Laric Grayson, Master of Questions of the Inquisition. Baron Silas Whitehawk, Lord Commander of the Iron Guard. Dame Leona Thrax, Lord Commander of the King's Own. Lady Calypso Malvici, Ministry of Defense. Lady Octavia Kennex, Chief Magistrate. Prince Calarian Grayson, First Observer of the new Crown Ministry titled the Royal Observers replacing the Diplomatic corps that is rightly the province of the Whisper House.

In addition, the Crown recognizes and affirms the ministry appointments delegated by regents Princess Dawn Grayson and Duke Gabriel Bisland. Prince Rook Valardin as Master of Coin. Marquessa Samantha Deepwood as Minister of Civil Development. Lady Khanne Halfshav as Minister of Agriculture. And Duke Gabriel Bisland despite his repeated pleas to the contrary will stay on as Voice of the Crown for his sins of competence.

The Royal observers will act as the eyes and ears of the Crown, in trying to avoid the mistake of my father in personally visiting every trouble spot that could paralyze the crown and make it unable to act. I have no desire to infringe in any way upon the long respected autonomy of local lords, and in truth, if Gabriel as regent did not interfere in your affairs, the crown will not do so otherwise. But it is important for crown representatives to be present to let us know what's going on, and we are not paralyzed by a lack of information.

If anyone has any issues with this, definitely feel free to bring it up with the Crown, and preferrably Gabriel, or if it is something to do with my future queen, then Leona whose glare will speak volumes about the crown's view on it.
