In Divine Celebration

To the people of Arx, and the Compact:
The last years have been difficult for us all. Many have died, or lost their way, and even our great city has come under siege. However, the Pantheon is with us, now and always, and by their grace and guidance, we have come through the darkness and received great gifts - not the least of which being the restoration of our King to his health. Now should be a time of celebration and gratitude, a time to reflect on everything we have been given, and everything we have won through faith, persistence, and devout effort.
In that spirit, I have ordered a Tree of Joyous Thanksgiving to be placed in the Sanctum of Dignity. All are encouraged to visit the tree, and take advantage of the paper left there, to write the things you are thankful for - be they weddings, births, victories in honorable combat, health and happiness, or simply existence itself. Take this time to reflect not just on the challenges remaining, but on how far we have come, and what we have accomplished with the aid and love of the gods.
By my hand and authority,
Father Orazio, Legate of Concepts, Shield of the Faith
