It is my pleasure to announce the winds of change blowing are on the Mourning Isles.
I hereby proclaim that Princess Fatima Thrax shall be elevated to the position of Voice and will speak with the High Lord's authority from this day onward.
Furthermore, I proclaim that Prince Dominic Thrax be named Heir of Thrax until a time comes when I might produce offspring of my own. He will be Regent during any extended periods of absence of myself or otherwise.
