Second Voice of Ashford

With my brother often drawn away on business over the past few years, my cousin Lord Killian Ashford is hereby raised to the position of Voice of Ashford to facilitate his existing duties as minister of warfare. This will empower him to oversee guard training, coordinate military maneuvers with our Grayson liege's forces, and further enable him to assist me in representing Ashford's interests here in Arx itself.
