2, 3, 12 on first roll loses.

7, 11 on first roll wins.

All other combinations set the point. Roll point again to win! If 7 rolled before the point is hit, it's a loss.

Dice only change hands to next player if you '7 out' while trying to hit a point. Anyone can bet on dice outcomes.
