System changes: Teaching skill now increases the discount a trainer gives to someone increasing their stats/skills. A teacher is limited to training one person a week.

Bug fixes: some bugs in tasks, a particularly troublesome bug in aliases that masked commands based on case sensitivity, allowing unicode in channel messages.
