Helps with an investigation, or orders a retainer to help
with the investigation. You may only help with one investigation
at a time, and only if you are not actively investigating something
yourself. You may stop helping an investigation with /stop, and
resume it with /resume. To set a retainer to help the investigation,
use the /retainer switch and supply their number. Entering an invalid
retainer ID will switch back to you as being the investigation's helper.
