Colette slips in, as quietly as one can with so many coming in. The Laurent looks around a bit confused. She looks at Jules as she walks by headed over to the red couches. "Seems you have tricked me in to attending a party." She narrows her eyes but grins. "I shall be remembering this Master Jules."

Juliana steps in, why? Well for some reason, Jules has found it amusing to have Jules at parties he is at. She however really is just here because it's been hard to find comfortable posistions to sleep lately, so coming to see what all the fuss is about at least keeps her from tossing and turning. Hand resting on her rounded belly, settles down beside Ian and Zoey with a little effort and sigh.

Valencia arrives with a bright smile and a little spring in her step apparently intrigued and interested by what is to come. A warm nod is offered to those she knows followed by an impish smile as she lightly presses a slender finger to her lips. Without a further word, the little southern princess finds her way to a sofa and settles down to watch things unfold.

Zoey did in fact drag her husband out of the house, because she wanted to be as social as possible before the baby comes and she wanted him to come with her. She sits comfortably and pours drinks, lamenting that she cannot enjoy them herself while she smiles and carries on.

Mikani has been playing her lute and singing sea chanties while dancing about the room waiting for people to show up. Though as people trickle in she turns into the 'Lady' she's supposed to be. Instead she takes a seat and gets something to drink. Having a Nursemaid is so nice. As she takes a seat she talks with Zoey about their alcohol collection.

Jules smiles, bowing as people enter but there is less flourish than normal a bit bit more of a panicked look to him. He's kept together but frazzled. At Colette's comment he laughs and says, "Dear me! But if I can't get Lady Lenne I must replace her. Certainly Lady Colette shall be my new target." He gives her a smile and gestures towards the couches and adds, "Please do have a seat my lady. I do not think we shall take long."

Valencia catches a look and she nods, her cheeks flushing pink as she rises and gracefully steps into the center of the room. Head lifting high, she smooths her dress and gives a little turn. "Like this?" she wonders to Jules with a little look of uncertainly. "It is very different than when you are watching and appreciating things."

True to her whispered promise to Mikani, Zoey gathers up her skirt and winks to Mikani before finding her flow in in the music. She sways and twirls, not too fast, but certainly with more grace than one would expect from a heavily pregnant lady. She is light on her feet as she dances across the stage, and her smile shines as she is sure to make eye contact with each member of the audience as though she were dancing especially for them.
