With how many people want to go on an adventure with you, you could make a business out of that! Forget finding treasure, just charge people to go into ruins with you, and make it like some kind of crazy tour business. Not me, obviously. No, me and you will get all the treasures!

I wear no creams or cosmetics as they are all flammable and I'm either around people who -love- fire (see Morrighan or even Ida) or I'm working the forges and torches myself.
The most I use is scented oils but that's under all my clothes.
For parties, I'd ask a Whisper to bespeckle my skin with something beautiful and artificial; have you seen Saedrus? That glow is probably natural for the man, but for the rest of us, some need help.

I am beyond proud of the work we did in Darkwater. It was hard work, costly work, but there's a certain feeling that comes with seeing so many different people coming together for a single purpose, and seeing that purpose ultimately achieved.
But I'm also proud because a lot of that work was made possible by Sameera, and in her memory. When the bank teller told me how many writs the Coldrains had collected, I nearly fell over, but there was never any doubt in my mind what to do with them. I can only hope that this contribution helps the memory of her live on in the buildings that were created, the roads that were rebuilt, and the people it helped serve.

I forgot how lovely my rooms were in Valardin. How dark and depressing the Thrax estate can be.
I am also alarmed that my rooms were still there and untouched.
I brought Danse with me, Astrid just screamed her head off about something that not even the nannies could decipher. So instead Danse spends time in the Valardin nursery. And I enjoy the pristine white of my old rooms.

Flirty. Fun. I have to admit, it's not hard to see why he's Grandmaster of the Champion's Guild - he's got a bit of an electric presence in company, cocky but charming, and like he's determined to live every moment to the absolute most that he can. I can respect that! And, although I haven't yet had the pleasure, I bet he's very, very good on the dueling field. I hope I get to see him, soon!

I find that we as a family have failed Victus. Or perhaps we should thank him for believing that every woman he has ever seen automatically woke up that way and there was no assistance from these creams, powders, and lotions that seem to have caused a great deal of confusion. I like that idea better, so thank you Victus. Every compliment you have ever given me means just that much more now.

Since when did fashion make sense? None of that stuff ever makes sense. It is better to stay as far away from it as is humanly possible and forget it exists, that is the strategy I use and it has worked for me wonderfully.

I don't understand any of it either, it is a mystery wrapped in an enigma. Also haven't you seen her put that stuff on and take it off like every day, morning and night before? I am fairly certain you were there once when she was taking it all off as we all spoke. Pretty sure I remember that.
Anyway, I wouldn't try eating that stuff as a general rule, I would imagine it isn't made from stuff you really want to ingest. Lemme know if you start feeling ill.
