1. It is both warm and soft, making it great for autumn and winter.
2. It allows for ease of motion - making it good for people who need to work and move around.
3. It is a nice upgrade from wool for us commoners with silver to spend - but who still have to work and worry about the weather. It is the perfect fabric for me to wear.
4. But is also fancy enough for nobles to wear to about and even to their parties.
Or basically seatouched wool is the best and the most popular in my shop right now too. I can never get enough of it for orders and keep running back to the market to get more.

Another sent some lovely and terribly punny smith joke.
Did you hear about the two metals that got married? They had a welding.
I'll have to write them down to remember.

With the abolishment of Thralldom approaching and the recent events surrounding it I feel like I need to do something to help smooth along the process. If you have any projects you are working on that could use someone who is good with crowds and good with teaching let me know.

I should think that as someone who styles themselves an academic this would be obvious.
Considering the content of some of the oldest journals I have read, "I love Lady Keski" is certainly not so far from "I am sulking" when it comes to something not all that interesting to read for most people.
It is noteworthy that it takes more effort to read the journals of other people than it does to not. Imagine how that time could be spent, the books that could be read, what sort of new and exciting sandwiches one could invent.

and down, mother to daughter,
whitebark, blackberry,
to the green ponds
where the boys splash in the shallows,
chasing tadpoles.
This is not a poem,
but a census of faithful women reaching
to green ponds
and asking if Vellichor deserves the histories of dreams
or if we only honor Him with lists of items purchased on credit at the drygoods store.
My husband insists that I answer the charges lodged against me
among bolts of burlap and buckets of pennyweight nails,
so I hereby renounce the following claims:
"I am the pale cinnamon of a paperbark maple."
"A blade that lodges in a human skull turns the skull into a temple."
"A skylord-skull cauldron bubbles at the foot of King Alarice's throne."
"I would burn every priest and every white journal, beginning with my own, and leave only the black. Black words, black ash, black sands, black plague."
"You crave the moment when your drawn blade is too sharp to kill."
"The Compact forgot the treaty and the Teind, and the existence of the Nox'alfar."
"Your handmaid composes essays about bergamot, astrolabes, and amethysts."
I renounce everything except this: I do speak as Aion. We all speak as Aion. When a figure in a dream whispers in your ear, that is the Dream whispering.
There is no figure.

Yet now, a Platinum flag has been raised over the continent. A small patch of it, unclaimed by the Compact, but there it flies all the same. Knees touched earth that a distant tyrant may now claim, through them. Claim and hold through the might of arms granted by an Abandoned tribe joined to the strange forces wielded by the Emperor's Children.
My borders are distant from that small patch of earth circled by the Oathlands, this small patch hovering near the Northland border. But I feel the threat all the same.
Where is the outcry against this provocation? Where is the concern? Cardia has stayed its hand, thank the gods, they did not answer this claiming in kind... or they have not, yet. But surely they will feel justified now. The balance has tipped. The Emperor and his Child have made the first move.
Before the Assembly, when these foreign powers made their proposals to us, the Compact was filled with a great many raised voices. Everyone had an opinion. Now, one of those powers has made sovereign claim on Arvani soil and perhaps a deeper claim, on the minds and hearts of those who bent the knee.
Where are the voices?
Here, I raise my own and I extend my hand to you in the Oathlands, to you in the North. I cannot be the only one.

Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.
When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.
Richness was passing by Love in a boat. Love said, 'Richness, can you take me with you?'
Richness answered, 'Sorry Love, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat and so there is no place here for you.'
Distraught, Love next asked Vanity who was also sailing by. Vanity was also ready with the same answer. 'I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat,' Vanity answered.
Despaired, next Love was hopeful as Sadness was close by so Love asked, 'Sadness, take me along with you.'
'Oh, Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!', Sadness said in a sullen voice.
Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so preoccupied with her happiness that she did not even hear when Love called her.
Suddenly, there was a voice, 'Come, Love, I will take you.' It was an elder. An overjoyed Love jumped up into the boat and in the process forgot to ask where they were going. When they arrived at a dry land, the elder went her own way.
Realizing how much was owed to the elder, Love asked Knowledge, who was another elder, 'Who helped me?' came the question, intrigued.
'It was Time,' Knowledge answered.
'Time?' thought Love.
Then, as if reading the face of Love, Knowledge smiled and answered, 'Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is.'
